Integrity Check Stages

The following Integrity Check Stages are processed before Dose Readings can be moved;

Doses reported to the ANRDR selected?

Dose Duplication will be altered or created?

Dose Overlaps will be altered or created?

Doses with Voided Reading Values selected?

Doses contributing to Dose Alerts selected?

Doses with Badge or File Notes attached?

Doses within Pregnancy monitoring times?

Doses for Wearers having Exit Letters sent?

Doses flagged as Reading data Exceptions?

Doses reported to the ANRDR selected?

The Doses reported to the ANRDR selected Alert is triggered in the example below:.

Selecting the Alert Warning! text produces the following notification box, then Historion links to this help page.

The ANRDR Integrity Check:

Examines each of the Dose Readings selected to be moved, for current membership of an ANRDR Submission.

Alerts the User of any Dose Readings failing this integrity check.

Can be ignored at the User's discretion, however this is not an optimal outcome of the alert has not been investigated first.

Should be followed up, as described in the Alert Follow-up Actions below.

Once Historion Dose Readings have been submitted to the National Dose Register they should be treated as being locked in perpetuity.

This is so the National Dose Register copies of Dose Readings and the local Historion copies of Dose Readings match as closely as possible.

Alert Follow-up Actions

üIf the Dose Readings are being moved between two different Wearers then the National Dose Register submission(s) associated should be resubmitted.

üIf the Dose Readings are being moved between two copies of the same Wearer record on the path to resolving data inaccuracy, then this can be allowed.

For this second reason, this Integrity Check alert does not stop the movement of Dose Readings between Wearers.

Dose Duplication will be altered or created?

Dose Duplication..

Selecting the Alert Warning! text produces the following notification box, then Historion links to this help page.

The Duplicates Integrity Check:

Examines each of the Dose Readings selected to be moved, for existing Dose Reading Duplication.

Examines each of the Dose Readings selected to be moved, to determine whether Duplication will be created in the target Wearer's Dosimetry Record.

Can be ignored at the User's discretion, however this is not an optimal outcome if the Integrity Alert has not been investigated first.

Should be followed up, as described in the Alert Follow-up Actions below.

Alert Follow-up Actions

üWhenever this Integrity Alert is detected a follow-up scan for Dose Duplication is recommended.

üExamine any subsequent Dose Duplication detected and manage these record Data Quality issues.

The Overlaps Integrity Check:

Examines each of the Dose Readings selected to be moved, for existing Dose Reading Overlaps.

Examines each of the Dose Readings selected to be moved, to determine whether Overlaps will be created in the target Wearer's Dosimetry Record.

Can be ignored at the User's discretion, however this is not an optimal outcome if the Integrity Alert has not been investigated first.

Should be followed up, as described in the Alert Follow-up Actions below.

Alert Follow-up Actions

üWhenever this Integrity Alert is detected a follow-up scan for Dose Overlaps is recommended.
