Disclaimer

The Historion® Radiation Safety Software is an application that is designed to function as a radiation dose record keeping system, to assist in the management of radiation exposure within the workplace. In addition, the software includes features and functions which can assist users to comply with requirements relating to the management of radiation exposure, ionising devices and personal protective equipment. These requirements may (for example) include mandatory obligations imposed by state or federal legislation or statutory instruments or may be non-binding recommendations issued by bodies such as ARPANSA, Standards Australia, the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) and state and territory radiation safety regulators.

We do not guarantee, and do not represent, that use of the software will ensure compliance with all the requirements as they exist within any given jurisdiction. You must exercise your own independent skill and judgement in ensuring that the software is suitable for your needs when used in conjunction with your own unique systems, processes and radiation protection practices as described under clause 25 of the Historion End User Licence Agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude and limit our liability to you for any losses caused through your failure to exercise such skill and judgement.
