Moving Dose Readings
Why are Dose Readings Moved?
Where one or more Dose Readings appear in the Dosimetry Record for an incorrect Wearer, the RSO may wish to move them to the correct Wearer's record.
Sometimes human error leads to incorrect data outcomes. Some examples include;
•Legacy Dose Readings can be imported into Historion after having been manually typed into a spreadsheet with Wearer assignment mistakes.
•Incorrect Wearer Merge decisions can lead to Dose Records being moved to the wrong Wearers.
•Incorrect Wearer Split decisions can lead to Dose Records being moved to the wrong Wearers.
•Dosimetry Providers can report Dose Readings under the wrong Wearer number assignments. (This last type of error is the rarest)
However the incorrect Wearer assignment has occurred, the object is to ensure accurate Wearer assignment and fix mistakes where detected.
How are Dose Readings Moved?
Historion provides a utility, the Dose Readings Movement Tool, for moving one or more Dose Readings between two Wearers.The utility requires selection of
two Wearers and displays Dose Readings for selection in either direction via a split screen for Wearer 1 and Wearer 2 Dose Readings.
Doses are nominated for movement from one Wearer to the other and when ready the user can select [Save] to finalise the movement of Dose Readings.
After selecting [Save] Historion executes a series of Dose Integrity Checks to alert the RSO to any potential adverse outcomes from the Dose Movement.
If the preceding checks are passed and the user selects [Move Doses] then historion will process the Dose Movement Stages.
