Dose Indicators
In the first column are the Record Status Indicator Icons, followed by Dose Application Indicator Icons.

Dose Reading Data Quality Status Symbols
The Dose Record Status Icon appears in the first column after the Dose Reading View link in the Dose Report Details tab and the Dose Reading View link in the Wearer Details tab. It provides an immediate indication as to whether the Dose Reading is a discrete Dose Reading, a Duplicated Dose Reading or an Overlapping Dose Reading.
The Dose Record Status Icon is colour coded the same colour as the Dose Application Icon for the same row. Colour coding of the Dose Record Status and the Dose Application Icon are in accordance with the severity and priority of the Dose Reading as evaluated against pre-set Dose Alert levels and criteria. The Dose Indicator Table above is expanded and specific definitions provided here;
The following Dose Record Status is indicated for Dose Readings not Overlapping or Duplicated;
High Importance, investigation is mandatory (Regulatory Breach)
Important, investigation is recommended (RSO Level Breach)
Activity Level Breach, investigation is optional
Normal or Expected Dose, record keeping only, investigation not required
The following Dose Record Status is indicated for Dose Readings that are Overlapping Readings;
High Importance, investigation is mandatory (Regulatory Breach), Dose Overlap present
Important, investigation is recommended (RSO Level Breach), Dose Overlap present
Activity Level Breach, investigation is optional, Dose Overlap present
Normal or Expected Dose, record keeping only, investigation not required, Overlap present
The following Dose Record Status is indicated for Dose Readings that are Duplicated Readings;
High Importance, investigation is mandatory (Regulatory Breach), Dose Duplicate present
Important, investigation is recommended (RSO Level Breach), Dose Duplicate present
Activity Level Breach, investigation is optional, Dose Duplicate present
Normal or Expected Dose, record keeping only, investigation not required, Duplicate presents
Reading Dose Application Icons
