Wearer Employment Data

 

The Wearer Details page includes an Employment tab for basic organisation engagement information. The date fields in the Wearer Employment tab are important for Exit Letter purposes;

Employment

 

The [Employment] field establishes the nature of the Wearer’s engagement with the Organisation. The System Admin Users can modify selections available in the Employment field. Default choices include;

 

 

Date Wearer Employment Started

 

The [Date Wearer Employment Started] field is used in association with the [Date Wearer Employment Ceased] field in the Exit Letter template. Employment refers to commencement at the organisation whether the Wearer was engaged as an employee or not.

 

Date Wearer Employment Ceased

 

The [Date Wearer Employment Ceased] field is used with the [Date Wearer Employment Started] field in the Exit Letter template. The Date Wearer Employment Ceased field is important for tracking Exit Letters that are required, as reported in the RSC Special Interest Report.

 

Date Wearer Exit Report was Provided

 

The [Date Wearer Exit Report was Provided] field is important for tracking Exit Letters that are required, as reported in the RSC Special Interest Report.

 

Notes (i.e. work days)

 

The Notes (i.e. work days) field is provided for any further comments that might be important relative to the Wearer’s engagement with the organisation. An example, as indicated in the field label, is the days of the week the Wearer is available.

 

 

Work Location (further describe work area)

 

The [Work Location (further describe work area)] field is intended to provide a short description of the work area where the Wearer is exposed to radiation.

 

The field is intended to store a single short sentence (maximum of 255 characters) for future reporting, analysis and letter generation purposes.
