Wearers
Wearer Centre History
The history of a Wearer’s movements between Centres is automatically retained by Historion as an important convenience for the RSO termed Wearer Centre History.
The Centres Monitored tab in the Wearer Details page provides the ongoing history of a Wearer’s commencement and ceasing of Dose Monitoring between whichever organisational unit Centres represent in the current Historion database.
In the example below the Wearer has moved extensively around a teaching hospital which associates with a University. This can be seen from the comments the User has added to the Notes column.

Notes can be added whilst in Edit Mode
A row is automatically generated and appears in the Centres Monitors list for a Wearer (and the first four columns of the new row is populated) when the Current Centre for a Wearer changes during the process of Dose Report Importing.
The last column, the Notes column, can be edited when the Wearer Details page is in Edit Mode.
The Notes column can optionally be used to add qualitative and contextual information to Historion’s automatically recorded log of changes in the Current Centre for a Wearer per the above example.
