Wearer Details
The Wearer Details tab in Historion provides a central console for all matters relating to a Wearer; their radiation exposure history, demographics, status items and other relevant occupational data.
The Wearer Details page is like the patient’s record page that a Doctor sees when recording details of a patient appointment and health matters. Historical data is present, and a range of tools are at the Doctor’s finder tips for managing the patient record, authoring scripts for medication, generating referrals and appointment outcomes and recording case notes.
The Wearer Details page is similar in many respects except that it is not for a patient but is for an individual with an important ongoing history of occupational exposure to radiation.
From this page Exit Letters can be generated, pregnancy notices kept (for females) the exposure history of the Wearer is visible and can be exported to Excel or in generated in a Wearer exposure history report. Dose Alerts can be examined, and attachments can be associated with the Wearer and File Notes created, like Case Notes recorded by a Doctor.
In this way the Wearer Details page is again similar in concept to the pages used by Doctors for patients in local clinics.
